EAT Bread, Potatoes, Rice (Carbs) WITHOUT blood sugar spikes!

The majority of what I have written has been about educating myself and you about type 2 diabetes and its effects on the body. I’ve also focused on teaching you about carbohydrates.

Type 2 diabetes is caused by the foods we eat, and I’d like to talk about how to keep our blood sugar in check. I want you to hear it from the experts themselves. And make your own decision about how to proceed with this disease.
